Happy day ONE of our Active Living Project! How are you kicking off these four weeks of being the best version of yourself?? This morning I started my day
with a glass of warm water, lemons and oranges, in replace of coffee(sniffle, sniffle) before heading to an eight am spinning class. After, I found a new and yummy way to recover. Instead of making my usual post-workout protein smoothie, I added a generous scoop of protein powder to my oatmeal! I highly recommend!
I have found that the key to get going is intention. Establish your intention for the day that morning, or even the night before and act on it! I have been making lists like a crazy person! Writing down everything from meal ideas, snack recipes, work out plans and even a reading list. I am pursuing my intentions and in doing so finding myself that much closer to reaping the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle!
