Happy Super Bowl Sunday, everyone! 

Today is our 2nd day of our Active living project so we thought we would come up with a little Super Bowl Sunday Challenge for you. Instead of heading to the kitchen for seconds, stretch it out and get moving to Bruno Mars during today's Half-Time show with our perfect workout! Come on ladies, you got this! #ActiveLivingProject

The Perfect half-time Workout:

                    • 15 Jump Squats
                    • 5 Push ups
                    • 25 High Knees
                    • 7 Burpees
                    • 10 Lunges
                    • 7 Squats
                    • 5 Push ups
                    • 10 Lunges
                    • 5 Push ups
                    • 7 Squats
                    • 15 Jump Squats
                    • 5 Push ups
                    • 25 High Knees

Repeat 2 times

The great thing about this workout is that anyone can do it and you can do it anywhere! Whether it is in your living room, bedroom, kitchen, or basement you can complete this workout. No excuses, just do it. It will only take 20 minutes
