We are in our second week of our Active living project and today we are going to focus on clean eating. If you want to clean up your diet but don't know where to start, we have provided information and a clean eating shopping list below. All courtesy of Lorna Jane's Move, Nourish, Believe website. Shopping for healthy foods can get a little overwhelming, especially if you don't know what you are looking for.
So today we challenge you to clean eating. Use the list provided the next time you go to the grocery store. We realize that clean eating can be expensive, so only buy the staple items and some fruits and vegetables to start out.
Another great tip would be to prepare your food a week a head of time. The reason being, is because if you are prepared and ready for the week you will less likely slip and eat something you will regret later.
