# Active Living Project Day 25 - Have a "Me Day"

We know that you have been working hard these past three weeks with us during our #ActiveLivingProject and lets be honest, you deserve a little TLC. In the midst of life's hustle and bustle it is too easy to be a bit negligent to the most important person in your life...YOU! So, we are providing you with 5 ways to plan your "Me Day" and don't you dare feel guilty about it! Here are some ideas!

 

1. STAY IN BED FOR A FEW EXTRA MINUTES

Wake up early, but don't hurry out of bed. Take your sweet time :)

2. STRETCH

Take the time to start your "Me Day" the right way and show every muscle in your body just how much you love it

3. DO SOMETHING UNEXPECTED

Just be silly! Do what exactly what you want today!

4. AVOID YOUR TO-DO LIST

Today is not the day to worry about all of that! Instead, focus on your body, your mind and yourself

5. TREAT YOURSELF

Whether it is getting a pedicure, or taking a workout class that you have always wanted to try. Today is your day to do it and the time to do it is now!
