The Perfect Way to Start Your Day...Under 250 Calories

We have discovered a deliciously satisfying breakfast that is sure to give you that elusive early morning boost! All thanks to our friend Kim Wallis, from NutriFormance. She inspired us this morning when she tweeted a photo of her breakfast that got our tummies rumbling (the pool didn't look bad either). We asked her to share with us exactly what yumminess were going down in that bowl and this is what we got, enjoy!

Ultimate Breakfast Bowl:

1 individual serving of Plain Nonfat Chobani Greek Yogurt - 100 cals

1 tbs of blueberries - 20 cals

1 tbs of dried cranberries - 20 cals

1 tbs of rasins - 20 cals

1 diced nectarine - 62 cals

(For a little extra crunch we recommend a tablespoon or two of your favorite organic granola)
