How to Tame Post Workout Hair!

I'm sure there of many of you out there, that like me, have hair that is not tamable. The hot & humid days of St. Louis leave my hair in a disarray.  I honestly dread thinking about washing, blow drying and then straightening my hair to walk outside and feel my hair expand in the humidity or even worse thinking about washing my hair twice in a day because of a late afternoon workout. Luckily, I stumbled upon an article on that has five different solutions to tame post workout hair without the fuss of rewashing. I'll be definitely trying these tips from MNB (courtesy of DryBar)  all summer long!

1. Re-blowing hair with Drybar Dry Shampoo

2. Turn Messy hair into Beach waves with a few curls and some sea salt spray

3. Add a crown or side braid to hide dirty hair

4. Pile it up in a top knot and add a Lorna Jane headband

5. Add a superchic wrap or bando to hide roots
