The Best Yogurt Bars!

These easy to make frozen berry yogurt bars will cure any sweet tooth!
Base:
1 cup macadamias
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup almonds
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. sugar-free chai spice
Blend the nuts and coconut flakes together in a food processor until fine. Add in the honey and chai spice then blend to incorporate. Spread evenly over the bottom of a lined loaf tin and set in freezer for approx. 30 mins
Filling:
2 cups natural yogurt
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour filling over hardened base & place back in the freezer for approx. 1 hour before adding topping
Topping:
1 cup berries ( if using frozen, make sure they are defrosted first)
2 tbsp. natural yogurt of choice


Blend ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Pour over the top of yogurt filling in the loaf tin and place back into freezer. Slice when frozen.
