Easy College Breakfast

So when you wake up for those fun 8:00 am classes in college wanting a nice healthy breakfast to jump start your day you might not have enough time or appliances to make one. Here is a recipe that its a perfect time and money saver that is also filling and healthy. Its a yogurt parfait that you can make using disposable utensils and a red solo cup.

Here is what you will need:
Greek Yogurt
Low fat Granola
Strawberries or fruit of choice

You start by taking a cup and filling it with a layer of granola, then yogurt, and then following with the fruit. Of course this combination is interchangeable. All together one cup of this yummy parfait is about 3.50 with is great for a college student on a budget!
