Why We Love 'Nourish The Fit Woman's Cook Book' by Lorna Jane and Think You Will Too!

Cook books can be so intimidating, which happens to be the reason why I avoid them at all cost.  However, Lorna Jane's new cook book 'Nourish' is the exception to the rule.  Her recipes are so easy to follow with an average of 3-4 steps per recipe.  The Nourish Cook Book includes breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes as well as snacks, smoothies and delicious desserts! 



One of my favorite recipes is the egg and lettuce wraps. It's an easy recipe with only a   few steps to follow..."With a fork, roughly mash 4 hard-boiled organic free-range eggs together with 1/4 cup Greek yogurt and 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard in a small bowl.  Stir in 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley. Season to taste. Serve egg mixture in 4 baby romaine lettuce leaves."

Prep time  is only 10 minutes  and serves 2.

Nutritional Count per serving protein (16.9g), carbohydrates (19.9g), total fat (13.5g), fiber (0.5g).
