#FoodieFriday--Cinnamon Oat Baked Apples

Since it's finally fall, what better thing to do then go apple picking and make delicious and healthy treats! Not only will your taste buds love you but you will get that seasonal aura throughout your house! This delicious Cinnamon Oat Baked Apple recipe will give you the taste and flavors of apple pie without the calories.

Toasted oats and chopped pecans get mixed together with a little butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and greek yogurt.  Core your apples (but not all the way through) and stuff the mixture inside the apples. Bake for 30-40 minutes and you’re done! Top with a little whipped cream {or ice cream}, a dash of cinnamon and and enjoy!

Pasta & Grains

1/2 cup Oats

Baking & Spices

3 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Whipped cream

Nuts & Seeds

1/3 cup Pecans


3 tbsp Apple juice


1 tbsp Butter
1 1/2 tbsp Greek yogurt
