'Tis the season for pumpkin everything! It's hard to resist the delicious deserts that come along with the fall weather and holiday seasons. However, there are plenty of ways to stay on track and keep that body you worked so hard for. We found a perfect alternative to pumpkin pie and to make it even better it's a smoothie! So whether you want to enjoy it for breakfast on the go, a tasty snack, or even an after dinner sweet craving, this recipe has you covered.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie:


  • 1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened vanilla
  • 6 oz Chobani Greek Yogurt, Vanilla
  • 7 oz canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Honey, one good squeeze
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 6 Ice cubes


Put all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. Recipe makes 3 cups.
