I love Summer. I do anything and everything outside on those glorious long, hot days. Whether is it paddle boarding, hiking, swimming, running, kayaking, whatever- I love it all! The activity that really tops it off for me though, is just playing outside with my dog. And that's really the best thing about staying active, isn't it? There are so many ways to do it!
But, what does a warm weather woman like me do when Winter takes over? Besides putting on my favorite onesie and cuddling up on the couch drinking hot chocolate... all day... seriously all day...
Luckily for me, St. Louis has a ton of great indoor options, too! There are local places to try out fun things like TRX, zumba, aerial yoga, reformer pilates, competitive spinning, kickboxing and more!
