This morning we were able to attend a spinning class with the very athletic and motivational Julie Murphy, who totally kicked our butt.
On average, you ride 14-16 miles in one class!
While doing this you get to listen to awesome music, sweat out nasty toxins and get a huge endorphin surge. Cycling is a great form of low impact cardiovascular exercise, that burns calories and tones the large muscle groups in your lower body.
Julie makes sure to give your arms and abs a solid workout too by finishing the class on the floor doing a wide array of abdominal work.
You do not have to be a cycling pro to make it through the class. It is a great workout for all levels of athletic abilities.
