It's that time of year again ~ time for The Active Living Project on Move Nourish Believe.

As we welcome the third month of the year (I know right!) it’s time to reassess those new year’s resolutions that can be washed away to the side amongst our busy lives. 

We’ve created a four-week planner to guide you on our MNB ethos so that you can get back on track in an elegant and manageable way. If you’re willing and committed to your best life it is totally doable. Are you ready?

SO WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

Whether you’re a newbie unsure of where to start or a loyal MNB’er needing a gentle reminder of your “Why” this planner is for you. Each week you will focus on a new pillar of healthy living, so you can really zone and become that girl who inspires everyone else around them.

Week One: Believe

It all begins here. We’ve all heard the saying “where the mind goes, the body will follow.” So where’s your mind been at lately? Have those mean girl thoughts started to creep back in? It happens to all of us from time to time, so let’s nip that in the bud now shall we?

Week Two: Nourish

To Nourish is to Flourish. Again let’s go back to basics. What are the fundamentals to eating well, for health and taste.

Week Three: Move

The way you move should not only be in a way you love but it should also be effective. And the most important part is consistency, which comes down to regularly scheduling your workouts.

Week Four:Putting it all together

Living and breathing MNB everyday. They say you’ll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine. Sweat a little, nourish your body and believe in yourself. Repeat.
