#FoodieFriday Healthy Breakfasts in Under 10 Minutes

We know we're not supposed to skip breakfast, but come on. We all do it. Luckily, Nutrition Secrets has given us some healthy and time-saving breakfast ideas. Our favorite? Avocado and eggs on toast!

Slice an avocado, put it on a piece of toast and add a sunny-side up egg on top. This simple recipe is super quick to make and will keep you full for hours. Add a slice of ham for a bit more protein if you'd like. What could be simpler?!
