Cold weather got you down? Don't let it affect your new years workout plans! Here is another workout move from  Lorna Janes Move Nourish Believe blog that you can do right from the comfort of your (warm) living room!

Bench Mountain Climbers

Holding onto a chair or bench, place your hands about shoulder width apart. Bring your right knee into your chest, then in a jogging motion, switch to your left. Alternate your legs to simulate a running movement!
