Lorna Jane has a different definition of "Kickingback" hers involves a little more movement. So get moving and give your booty a workout with this move you can do straight from your living room

Starting on hands and knees, squeeze your belly button into your spine and brace your middle. With your right leg, kick back to a straight position, foot is flexed, squeeze your bottom! Alternate your legs for 20 reps! Make sure you don’t arch your back, keep your core engaged!
