Day 14- Plank Up Downs

Start the weekend a little early with this move of the day, plank up down.

Starting in a normal plank position, move your right hand to where your elbow was placed. Push up through this hand, to allow your left hand to do the same. You should be on toes and hands! Slowly lower yourself down the same way, back to a plank position. Alternate your leading arms!
