A quick 10 minute workout to make you feel like you accomplished something

The world is so busy these days that sometimes getting in a good workout and breaking a sweat seems impossible. Here’s a quick 10-minute workout to squeeze in on those busy days where you feel too guilty to not do it, but not bad enough to drag yourself out of the house and to the gym. We’ve all been there! 


High Knees- 45 seconds 

Rest- 15 seconds

Squats- 45 seconds 

Rest- 15 seconds

Push-ups- 45 seconds

Rest- 15 seconds 

Tricep dips- 45 seconds

Rest- 15 seconds 

Lunges (alternate legs)- 45 seconds

Rest- 15 seconds 

Plank- 45 seconds

Rest- 15 seconds 

Elevated Step-ups- 45 seconds 

Rest- 15 seconds

Crunches- 45 seconds 

Rest- 15 seconds

Half burpees (you know the move, just without jumping up and back down)- 45 seconds 

Rest- 15 seconds 

 

We just received a new yoga mat from Stella McCartney that is the perfect travel mat for the gym if you have a class/ don't want to lay on that gross floor (ew) or for a quick at-home workout!
