Here’s a quick 10-minute workout to squeeze in on those busy days where you feel too guilty to not do it, but not bad enough to drag yourself out of the house and to the gym. We’ve all been there!

Rest- 15 seconds
Squats- 45 seconds
Rest- 15 seconds
Push-ups- 45 seconds
Rest- 15 seconds
Tricep dips- 45 seconds
Rest- 15 seconds
Lunges (alternate legs)- 45 seconds
Rest- 15 seconds
Plank- 45 seconds
Rest- 15 seconds
Elevated Step-ups- 45 seconds
Rest- 15 seconds
Crunches- 45 seconds

Half burpees (you know the move, just without jumping up and back down)- 45 seconds
