We are lucky enough to get Kim all to ourselves every Wednesday in May! Because she will be teaching every class herself, she'll be making sure every class is fresh, unique and fun while incorporating her signature HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style into each week's instruction. Each class will consist of a fun and upbeat combination of:
Tabata (eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval... If you're not familiar, it's a must-try and one of our fave forms of toning up.) Strength Training (building strength using free weight, and body weight exercises in an effort to burn fat and increase muscle stamina. Sounds good to us! Plus we heard it gets rid of PMS!! Check out more here.) Cardio Conditioning (getting your heart rate into a target zone level to maximize fat burn and cardiovascular health. Hit the link to find some benefits of cardio conditioning!) Resistance Band Work (Using thick rubber bands in place of free weights for resistance training and as an alternative to weightlifting! We know you're going to love the amazing workout you get with Kim each week! And then you'll love the wine you get after! And if you want to keep gettin' sweaty with Kim after May (we know you will) she can be found teaching her kick a** classes and bootcamps around the city in parks or at gyms including Fit4Mom, Wellbridge, OrangeTheory in Ellisville, and she also works as a Personal Trainer!
