This April we are doing things a bit differently here at Dimvaloo for Wine Down Wednesdays. We are thrilled to be incorporating nutrition into our weekly instruction this month with Fitness n' Fuel from NutriFormance. Each Wednesday our attendees will be receiving not only a killer 30 minute workout, but an awesome 30 minute instruction on nutrition as well. So, the focus is not only on the external health our bodies, but the internal as well(and arguably the most important!).
