We are doing something awesome this month for #WineDownWednesday with instructor Morgan Paris. She will be focusing on Body Weight Circuts(planks, squats, push-ups, lunges ect.) We are #livelaughloving everything about learning how to utilize our own bodies as a tool for strength training and acquiring simple workouts that can be done anywhere.
So, for the entire month of May, we ask you to Step-Up and get active with us every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm and enjoy the free instruction of Morgan Paris and complimentary wine from Cedar Lake Cellars.
