During the month of August we will be learning about running, training plans, race day prep, and even injury prevention. But if you want to learn a little more about the woman who is making all of this possible, meet Kourtney Thomas.
She is a true inspiration to runners all around. Before joining the fitness industry, Kourtney was working at a job she didn't love. When she began running and added fitness into her daily routine, she realized she had finally found what was missing in her life. Kourtney has been running and training ever since!
Lagniappe Fitness was founded in the summer of 2013. The mission of her fitness programming is to help men and woman discover that little bit of life that has been missing as she guides them towards a healthier lifestyle.
For over three years Kourtney has made this possible by her Confidence Plan which she says will have people feeling like "a million bucks" -- its all about health, vigor, strength and stability. The Confidence Plan is a 3, 6, or 8 week personalized fitness regimen designed to prepare clients for an upcoming event, race, or just an extra confidence boost!
