Wine Down Wednesday in September

It's hard to believe September is almost here!  Many of us have kids back in school, and fall is just a few short weeks away.  Changes are around us everywhere with September's impending arrival.  With fall's arrival we often experience a renewed commitment to our fitness regimen.  We could not have a more perfect instructor and class this September for all of you wanting to make some changes.  Whether it's getting back to where you left off (in June), or wanting to start a workout routine, this is the perfect place to be(gin) healthy

This September we are proud and honored to welcome a new Wine Down Wednesday instructor to our #WDW family: Monica Koch!!! 

We are thrilled to have Monica with us and think you will love her as much as we do.   Monica brings to us 29 years of experience in fitness instruction!   With that type of tenure and passion for fitness she is sure to bring change to our bodies reflecting the changes around us.  Monica has created the perfect Boot Camp experience for all level types.  All that she asks is a desire to "compete with yourself and work to your maximum level."  You can find Monica teaching group boot camp at Magna Fitness Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays and also does personal training with clients one-on-one.  Monica is also an advocate for healthy eating and has a wealth of knowledge on how to boost your overall lifestyle through nutrition and fitness.  Be sure to check out her website KleanAndLean (currently under construction) -- soon to be a place for healthy ideas, customized meal planning services and motivation. 

During Monica's classes she will be putting us through a high intensity body weight/cardio workout. Interval training is her "go to" workout because this method of training gives her clients the results they want to see without getting bored. Ever wonder how to sculpt your body in 5 moves? Monica has the answer! She will break down her 5 signature full body movements that will sculpt your entire body!  Weather permitting, Monica will take us outdoors for a drill with bands, and don't forget your BFF as this exercise will be with a partner!  Monica will also educate us on some of her nutritional tips...and if time allows she might even treat us to one of her famous smoothies.  

Classes are every Wednesday at 6pm starting on September 3 with three dates following on consecutive Wednesdays.  Wine will be shared afterwards compliments of Cedar Lake Winery.  See you in September!
