You won't want to miss our February Wine Down Wednesdays! Alicia Hartman is teaching Yogalates - a combination of yoga and pilates.

Yogalates provides a unique combination of yoga and pilates in an hour long total body toning experience. A yoga flow sequence will warm up your body and mind. Pilates and sculpting yoga poses will lead you to achieve a long, lean, and sculpted body. The focus of this class is not only for strength and sculpting but also flexibility and finding your inner goddess!
