We are pumped for April's Wine Down Wednesdays with personal trainer, Julie Murphy. Julie is a certified coach, fitness and nutrition specialist, lifelong athlete and healthy foodie. She helps her clients achieve their fitness and nutrition goals and puts them on the path to a healthier life. Whether she's working with one client or a group, Julie knows how to challenge and motivate. As a certified personal trainer for over 14 years and an instructor at Red Fitness Lounge since 2013, Julie has proven herself successful by creating a workout focused on helping her clients achieve their desired goals as quickly as possible!
Julie's #WDWSTL classes will be set up in a boot camp format, with interval strengthening and toning sessions. Believe us, she will BRING it to WDW at Dimvaloo! Classes with Julie begin April 1st (no joke!).
