Natalie Sutto began studying Pilates in 2004 as a way to increase flexibility and core strength. Her foundation as a Registered Nurse naturally lends a whole body fitness approach to her practice. Natalie believes Pilates is for every body and every age; it is restorative for individuals recovering from cancer, knee/hip replacements, and injuries, and it is balancing in the way it works to create a strong core and lean muscles for children and adults.
Natalie developed safe and supportive programs that aim to improve the quality of life for cancer survivors. The physical and psychological benefits of Pilates can aid in the rehabilitation and recovery of this special population. She teaches a free mat Pilates class each week at the Cancer Support Community.
