Jessica Cameron strives to be a catalyst for positive change in people's lives. As a mom of three, exercise quickly became Jessica’s therapeutic outlet. She found she had a strong desire to provide this type of outlet for others, so after years in the social work field, Jessica decided to make fitness her full time career. She started teaching kickboxing while in graduate school over 15 years ago and fell in love with it.
According to Jessica, “Boxing provides an intense cardio workout that is fat blasting and empowering. It is a tremendous stress reliever and fat burner!”
Jessica is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is certified in group fitness instruction, kickboxing, TRX, yoga, RIPPED and cage fitness. She is also a pro fitness competitor.
Jessica works primarily with women who are looking to make fitness a way of life for themselves and, as a result, for their families. She is currently located at Core Fitness in Des Peres and teaches small group and individual training. And you can find her at Dimvaloo every Wednesday evening in September!
