We are so psyched for our September Wine Down Wednesday series! Jessica Cameron will show us how to kickbox our way to fitness. She has trained UFC fighters and amateur fighters, but don’t worry, Wine Down Wednesdays are for all fitness levels.
Each Wednesday class will blend basic boxing and kickboxing moves with compound boot camp bodyweight exercises to help us blast fat and target core, arms and legs. And we’ll have fun doing it!
