Meet Yoga Six!  Dimvaloo is super excited to partner with Yoga Six for our next Wine Down Wednesday Event in March. Whether you want to power it up or let it go... Yoga Six will be bringing diversity of movement though 5 different classes every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm. Flow, Boot Camp, Power Yoga, Deep Stretch, and Vinyasa.  Each class uniquely created to complete the needs of  you body, mind, and life.
Take time for yourself and join us at Dimvaloo every Wednesday in March from 6pm to 7pm for some yoga fun while discovering your new yogi spirit with Yoga Six!

Wed. March 2 @6pm: FLOW:   A combination of accessible postures, fluid movement and breath. Body Benefits: spinal integrity, overall well-being, anti-aging. 
Wed. March 9@6pm: POWER YOGA:  A full-body blast with arm balances, inversions and progressive posture variations. Body Benefits: mental and physical fortitude, detoxification.
Wed. March 16: BOOT CAMP:  An intense, cross training workout that Increases metabolic activity and builds lean muscle mass. Body Benefits: sharpened focus, improved bone health, strength.
Wed. March 23: Deep Stretch:  An active deep stretch targeting your hips, hamstrings and upper back. Releases tension, prevents injury and promotes active recovery. Body Benefits: flexibility, alignment, improved sleep.
Wed. March 30: VINYASA: An advanced practice that connects dynamic movement, sustained poses and breath. Body Benefits: cardiovascular health, mental acuity, mood elevating.
