Meet Renah Jones of Dragonfly Fitness & Training!

Introducing Renah Jones: certified badass, fitness extraordinaire, and instructor of April Wine Down Wednesdays!

Renah has been a trainer for 5 years and is the owner of Dragonfly Fitness & Training on Hampton Avenue.  While she will not describe herself as a "natural athlete" she will tell you the profound effect physical fitness and activity has had on her life.  Discovering the power of a good sweat sesh in her early twenties, Renah took her new-found favorite hobby and turned it into a career.  Her mission: to share the strength, happiness, resilience and mental and physical toughness exercising brought to her life with others.  In particular, Renah focuses on female empowerment.  Through small group classes and personal training, she works to bring out the inner strength that is possessed by every woman.  Renah says her goal is to "empower women to become strong, confident and healthy so they can live their best life!"
Renah's favorite workout is strength training and she loves to include pull-ups, deadlifts and kettlebells into her routine.  Dragonfly Fitness & Training offers a wide variety of classes for all fitness levels including strength training, TRX, yoga, boxing and more!  We are super excited and lucky to have her at Dimvaloo every Wednesday in April.. Can't wait to get our strong on then drink some wine with you, Renah! See you there, ladies! XX
