For the month of February, we'll be talking about all the "Things we love"... one of them being that Wildwood Yoga is coming to our weekly Wine Down Wednesday events all February long!
Wildwood Yoga creates an atmosphere for all ages and levels to come to and awaken their hearts and open their minds & bodies through yoga, meditation and bodywork. They offer an environment to gather, create connections, provide resources and be a community where people see the good in each other. Their goal is to continue to grow and change consciousness for the better. We're so excited to be partnering with them to bring them to you this month at Dimvaloo!
We invite you to join us at 6PM on Wednesday evenings, throughout the month of February to WINE DOWN with Wildwood yoga. We believe you have to slow down, to speed up.
So come out, bring a friend, grab your mat if you have one, and be prepared to leave centered and ready to tackle the rest of the week!

Week 1: Wednesday, February 1, 2017 - Hatha Yoga
Week 2: Wednesday, February 8, 2017 - Kundalini
Week 3: Wednesday, February 15, 2017 - Vinyasa
Week 4: Wednesday, February 22, 2017 - Ashtanga
Two of the four yoga classes in February consist of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa. Hatha Yoga class is open to students of all levels. It will focus on alignment and breath awareness creating strength and flexibility. Vinyasa means “movement synchronized with breath”. Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses linked through sun salutations that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling creating a dynamic flow and moving meditation.
