Rachael Mintzlaff's high intensity workouts utilize bodyweight interval training! Circuits will include full body exercises performed circuit style at Dimvaloo.
Utilize Tabata and 2:1 interval ratios to give you a workout that will leave you excited for each week. Not only is interval training good for your heart, but it also burns more calories during and after your workout than continuous aerobic training such as running.
