What is Buti?

BUTI Yoga fuses yoga, tribal dance, plyometrics, and deep core conditioning work into a dynamic, high intensity yoga practice. 

Derived from the Marathi word "buti" meaning "the cure to something hidden or kept secret”, the goal of BUTI Yoga is to guide students through movement, nutrition, and wellness that supports the female spirit--transforming lives from the inside out and sweating with intention!  BUTI Yoga will help you open your hips, mind, and spirit.  Plus, it’s a lot of fun!

You will you burn major calories and tone your core while moving to the music.
High intensity- yoga - dance party?! Count us in.

Meet Your Trainer - Holly Wilson
After leaving the world of fitness and dance in the 1990’s to focus on a career in Healthcare, Holly felt unfulfilled and was 30 pounds heavier. It was then that she discovered BUTI Yoga while exploring different online workouts. She immediately fell in love with the feminine, yet dynamic movement, and found it to be extremely effective. Not only from a physical standpoint, but BUTI had a profound impact in other areas of her personal and professional life. There were no BUTI Yoga classes in St Louis so she got certified, started her business Intentionally Fit, and taught the first BUTI yoga class in St Louis in March of 2014. Her classes became very popular and the desire for more BUTI yoga grew. Today there are many BUTI Yoga instructors leading classes throughout the Midwest.

We will feature Buti yoga for 5 weeks in March.
Start out March 1st with a "Buti Basics" class.
Each week, come back to build on your BUTI!
You'll feel empowered and ready to take on the week with this class series.
