Connie Reichert: @missconnier 

Connie has been practicing yoga since 2007, when her workplace started offering yoga in the lunch room. She toyed with the idea of becoming a teacher for several years before she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Agape Yoga Studio in St. Louis in May 2015. 
Connie’s interest in anatomy has lead her yoga studies to include therapeutic applications for back care, arthritis, injury rehabilitation, cancer recovery, cross and strength training. She has completed additional training in pre-natal yoga, adaptive yoga for larger bodies, rolling and trigger point therapeutics and The Great Yoga Wall.
Connie is passionate about making yoga accessible for everybody. Connie’s classes foster community and personal inquiry. She clearly enjoys teaching what she loves. She also enjoys knitting, travelling, dogs and tacos.

Riv Dunn: @riv76

 Riv Dunn started her journey in holistic healing in 2013 by studying Usui Reiki and is a Reiki Master Teacher in the lineage of Dr. Mikao Usui. In order to provide more benefits to her Reiki clients, she decided to deepen her concentration levels during Reiki sessions by studying meditation.

After learning several forms, she fell in love with Transformation Meditation and became a certified instructor through the Transformation Meditation Institute. Riv offers a variety of meditation and Reiki classes, as well as healing sessions with holistic consultations.

Jaime started yoga in January of 2013 as part of her journey to fitness. Jaime started yoga twice a week to help with her commitment to a healthier lifestyle. There her commitment blossomed into the love of yoga and the community.
Jaime’s passion for yoga was clear and continues to push her on and off the mat daily both mentally and physically. Jaime earned her 200 hours through Brown Dog Yoga in November 2015. Jaime enjoys teaching power vinyasa flow classes and offering modifications as well as challenges to her students to learn new postures.

Timi McMillin E-RYT-200, RYT-500, YACEP.
Timi’s interest in yoga began in 1997 with her own personal practice.
She began teaching in 2001. She has had the influence of many teachers and has attended various yoga workshops lead by Erich Schiffmann, Shiva Rea, Tias Little, Scott Blossom, David Swenson and Sarah Powers. She has completed both her 200 and 300 hour Yoga Teach Training and is certified and registered through Yoga Alliance as an Experienced 200 Hour Teacher, 500 Hour Teacher and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Educational Provider.
Timi strives to teach, inspire, and empower the individual of all levels and ages to look inside and discover that the thing they have been looking for has been with them all along, the ability to heal ones self with the breath, one inhale and exhale at a time through movement and meditation.

As certified yoga teachers we maintain the highest level of personal practice, ongoing study on and off the mat. Our focus is not on the perfect pose but the practice itself, to being open and present to yourself, and to others each day and in every situation. We aim to empower all individuals of all levels to discover by moving inward what has been with them all along, the ability to heal oneself one breath at a time.
