During the month of November, Title Boxing Club will lead free cardio boxing and kickboxing workouts every Wednesday at Dimvaloo.
Not much of a fighter? No big. Top boxing trainers will guide you through an hour long workout that will release stress and burn major calories.
Jab, cross, and hook your way through a kick-butt workout and celebrate your victory with a complimentary glass of wine after class!
Two Boxing Workouts
Cardio Boxing brings shadow boxing together with body weight interval training for a huge cardio pump and killer core. (11/2 & 11/16)
Cardio Kickboxing combines high intensity interval training with shadow kickboxing to give you an insane sweat soaked workout with major calorie burn. (11/9 & 11/30)
Meet Your Trainers
Heather Rapp graduated from SLU in 2012 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. Growing up she played five years of select soccer for Coca-Cola. Running is not her thing but to you always need to push back against the things you aren't as good at so she has run a 10k and half marathon. Her training now centers on mud obstacle racing and weight lifting. She participates in adventure sports such as scuba diving, stand-up paddle boarding and indoor rock climbing. Heather got her first taste of kickboxing in 2000. She has been boxing and kickboxing with Title Boxing Club Rock Hill since 2013. After becoming a Title trainer Heather went on to become a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and is currently studying for her physical therapist assistant degree.
Heath Norton joined the first ever Title Boxing Club in 2009 looking to take his fitness level up a notch. In 2011 he began leading his own POWER hour classes at a Title Boxing Club in Kansas City. His passion for the brand and the amazing workouts led him to open his own club. In 2012 TBC Rock Hill was born and he hasn't looked back. Heath's classes are always upbeat, sweat inducing and most importantly FUN! Heath lives his best active life by eating clean and taking advantage of a variety of training styles to keep challenging himself while increasing the breadth of his fitness knowledge. Heath is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer with his performance enhancement specialization. He is currently working on the corrective exercise specialization as well.
