Anna Prosser has always struggled maintaining her weight and a healthy body image. Throughout her 20’s, she slowly learned more and more about fitness, nutrition, & how to make good choices. In 2012, something clicked. Anna changed up her workouts, started training with a personal trainer, and cleaned up her eating habits...taking out all the slack! She shed about 30 pounds over 3 to 4 months and felt amazing. Anna's transformation inspired her to make a career change to become a personal trainer. In the spring of 2013, she received a personal training certification through NASM and started helping others achieve their goals. Anna was enjoying her new life until it all changed in February 2014. She was diagnosed with lymphoma and quickly began treatment - chemotherapy and radiation. While she eventually recovered, Anna wasn't as healthy as she was before her diagnosis. Anna is still getting back to where she was - building up her endurance and strength. Orangetheory Fitness pushes Anna to reach her limits safely. Anna loves training others at OTF and enjoys seeing them live a better quality of life.
