 It's orange October! Take your cardio to the next level with this 60 minute workout designed to push you into the "Orange Zone". The workout utilizes a heart rate monitor to help you stay in your ideal zone.

About the Workout

You will perform multiple intervals involving running, jumping, and rowing for maximal calorie burn. This program design produces workout "afterburn" effect, which is an increased metabolic rate for 24 to 36 hours after the workout. Clients can burn an average of 500 to 1000 calories!

Meet Your Trainers

Abby Cohen is the head trainer of Chesterfield's Orangetheory Fitness. She is a division 1 swimmer, track and field, triathlete, 5x marathoner, swim coach and adventurer, including hiking parts of the Appalachian Trail, Mt Washington, and Adirondacks. She has also competed in fitness and body building competitions. With more than 22 years of experience in the fitness industry, Abby delivers quality coaching and nutritional advice. She has even trained celebrities such as Lady Gaga and other professional athletes!

Julie Ahlering
is a former Junior Olympic Diving Champion and was a USA National Diver in '73-'81. Julie even was an FINA certified international diving judge! She graduated from the University of Miami and has spent the past 8 years in the fitness industry. Julie is a certified personal trainer and has been an OrangeTheory coach for the past year. 
Jesse Holloman is an avid fan of challenges. He believes respect for your body is vital and has dedicated his career to help people gain respect for themselves. With degrees in exercise science and nutrition, and various nutrition certifications, Jesse holds the knowledge base to guide anyone who is willing and welcomes the chance to create change. When not on the clock, Jesse cherishes time with his wife and two daughters. He grills any day the weather allows and golfs enough to warrant divorce. 
Travis Brown is a certified personal trainer that specializes in Olympic lifting, MMA training and strength/endurance training. Travis loves his new home at OTF, where he's able to send clients home feeling like warriors with every workout. Maintaining his edge as a hardworking father, Travis has been apart of the fitness industry for over 7 years. He loves pushing each and every individual to their limits.

Molly Hollenbach
 loves working at OTF because of the customizable workouts and high energy environment. No matter the fitness level, she believes all clients can succeed. She puts time and energy in to personalizing each workout with her big personality and specified music that will fill the soul and make you sweat. When you step out of her class you will feel alive and ready to conquer the day. Molly's background in sports and marathon running gave her a competitive spirit. Her goal is to use her love and passion for exercise to help others achieve their best fitness potential. She believes the key to success is for people to become physically active in an environment they love, with workouts they can enjoy. 

Anna Prosser
 has always struggled maintaining her weight and a healthy body image. Throughout her 20’s, she slowly learned more and more about fitness, nutrition, & how to make good choices. In 2012, something clicked. Anna changed up her workouts, started training with a personal trainer, and cleaned up her eating habits...taking out all the slack! She shed about 30 pounds over 3 to 4 months and felt amazing. Anna's transformation inspired her to make a career change to become a personal trainer.  In the spring of 2013, she received a personal training certification through NASM and started helping others achieve their goals. Anna was enjoying her new life until it all changed in February 2014. She was diagnosed with lymphoma and quickly began treatment - chemotherapy and radiation. While she eventually recovered, Anna wasn't as healthy as she was before her diagnosis. Anna is still getting back to where she was - building up her endurance and strength. Orangetheory Fitness pushes Anna to reach her limits safely. Anna loves training others at OTF and enjoys seeing them live a better quality of life.
