Add some descriptive text to your all collections page.
Cindy and Joanie will be instructing High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT, (it's not as scary as it sounds) in our store during the month of February from 6pm-7pm every Wednesday. Per usual, those 21 and over may reward themselves with a glass (or two) of complimentary wine from Cedar Lake Cellar. Water with a healthy bit of apples and peanut will also be provided after the cool down!
What do you want from your work out?
Hmmm lets see.. I personally would love to be able to spend about twenty minutes in the gym, burn a million calories, and lose weight at lightening speed.
Well, guess what?!?! THAT TYPE OF WORKOUT ACTUALLY EXISTS!!
