    Wine Down Wednesday - Finney Fitness

    We're excited to be having our good friends, Cindy Finney and Joanie Sheridan of Finney Fitness, with us this month for Wine Down Wednesday! Cindy is a mother of seven(yes, seven) and Joanie a mother of four, work hard to create a supportive and caring workout environment for women. Their ultimate goal of helping clients achieve success faster while providing a more personalized workout for their ladies look forward to.

    Cindy and Joanie will be instructing High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT, (it's not as scary as it sounds) in our store during the month of February from 6pm-7pm every Wednesday. Per usual, those 21 and over may reward themselves with a glass (or two) of complimentary wine from Cedar Lake Cellar. Water with a healthy bit of apples and peanut will also be provided after the cool down!

    Hmmm lets see.. I personally would love to be able to spend about twenty minutes in the gym, burn a million calories, and lose weight at lightening speed.
