Return package post marked 14 days or earlier from original purchase date
Items must be:
- Same condition that you received the garment
- Original packaging
- All Tags Attached
NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Hair Accessories
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Health and personal care items.

- Receipt from Dimvaloo.com
- Items you wish to return
- Any information you’d like to provide about the return
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or brand.

NOTIFICATION OF RETURNED ITEMS via SHIPMENT
There are certain situations where only partial credits are granted:
- (if applicable) Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged
- Any item missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after order.
- Any item with tags not attached
You will receive an electronic notification that your items have been received and reviewed
Upon completion of review, you will received a seperate electronic notification for an online gift card
- Online Credit Only is issued within 5 days of received returned items
- Online Credit Only will include what you’ve spent on shipping! It’s pretty much a win/win

Returns and Exchanges are accepted.
· We will only be able to accept Lorna Jane purchases made from Dimvaloo.
· Final Sale is not returnable.
· Purchased Items that are altered or personalized are considered Final Sale.
· Gift Receipts are exchangeable or store credit only
· Holiday Period is November 1st – December 25th , see below
For Returns to be accepted, all of the following criteria must be met:
· Original tags attached
· Original receipt can be verified (receipt with both papers attached)
· Original mode of payment is used.
o Should original mode of payment not be available, then store credit can be issued
· Returns for payment will only be accepted 14 days after purchase,
o Should it be after 14 days and all of the previous criteria is met, then store credit can be issued.
For Exchanges to be accepted, all of the following criteria must be met:
· Original tags attached
· Original receipt can be verified
· Should the exchange not be equal in amount remaining balance will go towards store credit.
Holiday Return Period - Anything purchased after November 1 through December 25 can (only) be exchanged or issued store credit through January 8.
