Return package post marked 14 days or earlier from original purchase date

- Original packaging
- All Tags Attached
NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Hair Accessories
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Health and personal care items.

- Items you wish to return
- Any information you’d like to provide about the return
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or brand.

NOTIFICATION OF RETURNED ITEMS via SHIPMENT
There are certain situations where only partial credits are granted:
- (if applicable) Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged
- Any item missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after order.
- Any item with tags not attached
You will receive an electronic notification that your items have been received and reviewed
Upon completion of review, you will received a seperate electronic notification for an online gift card
- Online Credit Only is issued within 5 days of received returned items
- Online Credit Only will include what you’ve spent on shipping! It’s pretty much a win/win
