Return Policy for Online Purchases
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
As of June 1st, policies have been updated for dimvaloo.com:
Products with "Final Sale" in their title are not returnable or exchangeable.
This applies to full price (non-discounted merchandise)
Authorization is required for returns/exchanges to be accepted. You have 15 days from the received date to notify us of anything needing to be returned, past 15 days returns cannot be authorized. Anything sent without prior authorization will be considered abandoned property.
Online Credit Only is issued within 15 days of received returned items.
Items must be:
- Same condition that you received the garment
- Original packaging
- All Tags Attached
NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Hair Accessories
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Health and personal care items.
- (if applicable) Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged
- Any item missing parts.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after order.
- Any item with tags not attached
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO AUTHORIZE A RETURN
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: Name on the Order, Order Number, Reason For Return Requested, Pictures if necessary.
- You receive a response within a few days of your email.
- We will review the above criteria, and respond with next steps.
Upon completion of the received authorized return, you will received a separate electronic notification for an online gift card
